When Bit Systems receive an enquiry about our stock management solution, our internal sales team research your company in order to get a basic understanding of your business before we get in touch. This enables us to have a good idea of how our solution could potentially help you before we start a conversation.
Once we have completed our initial research, our internal sales team will be in touch to identify your needs and wants in a solution. We will also find out what current systems your business uses to make sure they are compatible and we can advise on basic indicative pricing.
From our initial conversation, if we feel that our stock management solution would benefit your business we can arrange a free online or onsite demonstration of our software, with one of our consultants, at your convenience. From the information we have gathered in the initial conversation, the demonstration will be tailored to your business pain points and priority requirements.
During the course of the demonstration, our consultants will scope out your business requirements and if required, can advise on any bespoke elements that we can deliver if our standard solution does not meet your requirements.
If from our demonstration you decide that our stock management solution really could help your business, we will send you a formal proposal with a complete price breakdown of the project. If you are happy with our pricing and you want to go ahead with the purchase our accounts department will raise a deposit invoice for the project. On receipt of the deposit payment our Service and Delivery Manager will be in touch with a project plan including an indicative timeline of the project implementation, if you have a specific go live date we will endeavour to work towards it.Let's Talk
Once your project plan has been agreed, our Service and Delivery Manager will arrange for your hardware to be delivered, before you begin implementation with our dedicated installation team who will make sure everything is up and running in advance of your training. As well as full training on all functionality, your consultant will also go through any bespoke settings and functions for your business so that the system can be the most effective and efficient for your business. Once your training is complete, you will then be supported by our highly experienced support team to make sure that your business feels confident leading up to your go live.Let's Talk
When your go live date arrives you can choose whether to have one of our consultants on site or whether you would prefer to use our support team, who will be on hand to help with any initial niggles or just questions about how to use the software. While we try to make our solutions as easy to use as possible, there are always questions about how certain aspects work when using a software solution you are unfamiliar with.
If you have questions beyond support, our Service and Delivery Manager will be in regular contact with you to make sure everything is running smoothly, but will also be on hand to answer any questions about further functionality of Bit Inventory and upcoming development updates to the solution.
